Our company was established to address the shortage of high-quality hands-on training options available in the education sector. We aim to bridge the gap between evidence-based theory and real-life practice, ensuring that our training is not only informative but also applicable in everyday educational environments.

Elizabeth brings over 25 years of experience in education, dedicated to delivering innovative and effective solutions. Her extensive background as a teacher, educational leader, and Leadership and Management trainer/assessor equips her to inspire and guide educators in creating impactful learning environments. With expertise in English, Literacy, Innovation, and cross-curricular program design, Elizabeth is uniquely situated to drive educational excellence and foster a culture of improvement in your school.
Siobhan Dougherty

Siobhan has over 14 years of experience in secondary education, bringing extensive expertise in High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE), curriculum development, and the delivery of engaging, inclusive learning experiences. With a background in HSIE and LOTE and a passion for History and French, Siobhan has led initiatives in Inquiry-Based Learning, Early Career Teacher mentoring, and Stage 4–6 program design. She brings a deep understanding of assessment standards and academic rigour, which informs her approach to quality teaching and learning. Siobhan is passionate about fostering innovation in education and supporting teachers to meet the needs of today’s diverse learners. A strategic thinker and creative curriculum designer, she is committed to helping Skry Learning Design achieve its mission of empowering educators and their students across NSW schools.

Tara brings over 15 years of experience in secondary education, with a strong focus on HPG education and literacy. Her commitment to student and staff is evident in her extensive work in staff development and retention initiatives. As a valuable member of the Skry team, she is dedicated to supporting both early career and experienced teachers inifying and enhancing their skills. Tara's wealth of knowledge makes her asset to the educational community.
As our Administrative Manager, Rasmine is responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that they receive the best possible service. With a background in primary and secondary education and public relations, Rasmine is committed to helping our clients achieve their learning objectives.
